The founders of Cluck & Blaze opened the first location in beautiful Long Beach, California, based on the two real passions in their lives: cooking and fried chicken! A visit to Nashville, TN, in 2004 forever changed their lives. Each had experienced and fell in love with Nashville Hot Chicken! Since then, the eagerness to recreate and share their experience was on everyone's mind! More trips were made to Nashville to satisfy cravings. Soon, the Nashville Hot Chicken concept started to make its way to Los Angeles. But the group never was able to find the same authentic style of fried chicken they had fallen for in Nashville. Thus they began cooking their own fried chicken for friends and family.
After hundreds of Nashville hot chicken home parties and thousands of compliments, the group finally decided to make the leap and bring their version of Nashville hot chicken to the public! Thus, in the summer of 2019, the group successfully opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Long Beach. The food was an instant hit, with lines out the door! Thanks to the instant success, Cluck & Blaze was able to open its second location in Glendale, CA, just 7 months after opening its Long Beach location. Cluck & Blaze offers the most authentic Nashville hot chicken experience in Southern California, with only the highest quality ingredients and genuine Southern hospitality customer service!
Because of these core values, we've enjoyed continued success and will open multiple locations throughout California within the next 12 months.
